This is a short film which tells the story of famous mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan. When he was only 18 years old, an invitation from G.H. Hardy landed in his letterbox promising him a job at Cambridge University where he would study mathematics at the university library and work closely with Hardy himself, but all of that was before they knew about his extraordinary talent and ability to think outside the box in unique and sometimes unorthodox ways which made mathematicians around the world go crazy for him. He was fiercely independent and made an impact on the mathematical world worth millions of dollars.

It is a story of passion, of minds that were able to envision unthinkable but possible multitudes of solutions to mathematics’ everyday problems and of a deep and impassioned friendship between two brilliant minds. It is the story of one man’s love for pure mathematics and his will to continue pursuing his dream – despite all obstacles – for as long as he could.
